Salesforce Database Administrator
We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator to support The House’s constituent management functions across our CRM, marketing, and program operations. This highly visible, hands‑on role partners closely with teams across the organization to deliver Salesforce administration, user support, training, and system optimization. The Salesforce Administrator manages day‑to‑day configuration and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Marketing Cloud, and the new Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) including third‑party integrations. This role responds to user inquiries; oversees data management and reporting; and collaborates with stakeholders to automate processes and maximize Salesforce capabilities in support of organizational goals. Reporting to the Senior Salesforce Director, this role translates operational needs into scalable solutions that strengthen fundraising, marketing, outreach, and core program workflows. AmeriCorps and City Year alumni are encouraged to apply.
Patient Navigator through AmeriCorps
AmeriCorps and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have joined forces to launch Public Health AmeriCorps. The Public Health AmeriCorps program supports the recruitment, training, and development of the next generation of public health leaders who will be ready to respond to the nation’s public health needs.
The Public Health AmeriCorps program at Ronald McDonald House New York (RMH-NY) is seeking full-time or part-time Patient Navigators to build the infrastructure needed for RMH-NY to advance health equity outcomes for underserved medically complex children and their families. Patient Navigators will perform a full year of service, assisting RMH-NY in expanding access to wraparound services to address Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) for our target population by conducting and establishing:
- a social risk assessment to identify SDoH impacting target communities;
- a market analysis of existing community services to address SDoH; and
- a referral network with community-based organizations in target communities.
As AmeriCorps Service Members, Patient Navigators will have the opportunity to attend virtual trainings conducted by the CDC and gain experience in the public health field.
Program Benefits: Monthly living stipend, education award upon successful completion of service, Health Coverage, Childcare assistance if eligible, Training.
Head Chef
RMH-NY is launching a new, in-house culinary program supported by newly renovated kitchens opening this spring. The Head Chef will play a foundational role in building, shaping, and leading this program from the ground up. This is not a role stepping into a fully established operation — it is an opportunity for a chef who thrives in program-building, is highly hands-on, and is energized by mission-driven work. The Head Chef will initially work alongside existing catered meal partnerships and volunteers while gradually building an internal kitchen team capable of delivering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and grab-and-go offerings daily. This role requires a unique blend of culinary excellence, leadership, operational discipline, and comfort working with volunteers and community groups. The Head Chef will be a visible and welcoming presence in the House, helping steward volunteers and donors while ensuring high-quality, nutritious, and family-friendly meals. This program represents a major evolution in how RMH-NY supports families.
