Volunteers Brings Some Holiday Cheer to Families at Ronald McDonald House

Decorating the House for the Holidays with Macy's on NY1

Every year at the end of November, our amazing partners at Macy’s, bring all of their gorgeous holiday decorations and deck the hall of the House to the Holiday nines! NY1 took a little tour of the House as Macy’s volunteers were working and to show the House in all of its glory ready for the holiday season.

Macy’s sent a large group of visual design volunteers who spent the better part of the Monday and Tuesday after the Thanksgiving holiday sprucing up the first and second floors of the House to help keep our families in the holiday spirit just a bit more this season. About 10 beautifully decorated pine trees (Christmas Trees) were erected in the lobby and the living room on the first floor.

Thank you to our partners, Macy’s, for all of the gorgeous moments you have created around the House to excite our families into the Holiday mindset. We are grateful every year for your enormous talents and your unending generosity.
