32nd Annual RMH-NY Gala
The 32nd Annual Ronald McDonald House New York Gala took place on October 17, 2024, and also marked RMH-NY’s 45th anniversary. The event, held at Pier Sixty, celebrated important supporters of RMH-NY’s work helping families facing pediatric cancer. Dr. Mitchell Katz, President of NYC Health + Hospitals, and Howard University professor Michael McElroy were honored for their efforts in healthcare and the arts. The evening included a silent auction, fundraising activities, and performances, all highlighting RMH-NY’s crucial role in providing housing and support for families while their children receive treatment.
Cheryl Wills, long-time NY1 news anchor took the helm to emcee the evening for the House and boy, was she fabulous. NY1 covered Cheryl and the entire evening. This is the segment that played on NY1’s LIVE at TEN as a Last Call moment on the show.
