Help Families Fighting Cancer in Hospitals and Homes in NYC
Deliver music, mindful meditation, and fun activities that help kids with cancer cope with being in the hospital.
Since 1979, our House has provided housing and support for more than 59,000 families.
When families must travel to New York City for the advanced cancer treatment they can’t get anywhere else, they can find a loving and supportive place to stay at our House. We offer an array of services and programs that are tailored to meet the needs of each individual family member.

Meet Jackson. Jackson has been staying at Ronald McDonald House New York so that he can be close to the family and treatment he needs to battle Neuroblastoma.
While we can’t be together at this time, some of our team wanted to say hi! We are thinking of our families, volunteers, donors and community members and can’t wait for when we can welcome you all back to the House. #bettertogether
Today, Chris Pratt made a special visit to the House. He spent time hanging with families and even made a special visit to Paige. Because of her weakened immune system, Paige must stay in a post-transplant suite where she has limited contact outside of her room. Thank you to @prattprattpratt and #mdcproductions for bringing this unforgettable experience to Paige and all the families staying at the House. #keepingfamiliesclose
Give From Home Day is April 21! If you're able, join neighbors in New York to support families staying at our House who’ve been hit hardest by COVID-19. Be sure to save the date and check our page on ways you can support. #keepingfamiliesclose
It’s #NationalHamburgerDay and we are reminiscing about the many delicious burgers that were made on our outdoor terrace last summer. We can’t wait until we are able to have our first BBQ of the season! #throwbackthursday
In our 40 years, Ronald McDonald House New York has met a number of superheroes – kids who show their superhero strength through resilience, caregivers who amaze us with their strength every day and medical care providers who are braver than most superheroes. Today, for #nationalsuperheroday, we celebrate our everyday heroes who inspire and empower us constantly. #keepingfamiliesclose #superhero
