IT Manager
This role will work with the Ronald McDonald House Technology Services team to administer, manage, and support the organization’s applications, systems, and services. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Information Technology Director. The day-to-day of the IT Manager will include administering our core applications and services and overseeing the technology support aspects of the physical hoteling operations of the organization.
Grant Writer
The Grant Writer will directly support the Assistant Director of Grants in writing, submitting, and managing funding proposals, conducting research on prospective donors, and supporting ongoing communication and stewardship with existing and prospective donors. The Grant Writer will remain up to date with relevant trends in theHealthcare industry to ensure proposals take into consideration these developments and will provide writing, editing, and other ad-hoc services in the grant management process.
Operations Associate
Operations Associate/Guest Services are most often the first point of contact for families at Ronald McDonald House New York. They work directly with the families to provide superb customer service while these families are in crisis. An integral role in providing day-to-day support for the entire Operations Department including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Transportation, and Family Support. A passionate contributor to the success of the House that strives to deliver a seamless circle of support to each family that enters the Ronald McDonald House New York.
Volunteer Associate
The Volunteer Associate is responsible for supporting and coordinating signature Volunteer
programs and activities to support the mission of Ronald McDonald House New York. The Volunteer Associate works with individual volunteers as well as corporate and community groups in coordination with the needs and operations of the House.
Social Worker, Family Support Coordinator, International Services
The Social Worker, Family Support Coordinator, International Services role is focusing on enriching our Family Support program and overall families experience as aligned with our organizational mission. This individual will take initiative to independently develop an international children and family focused program and International Center within our collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, contribute to culturally appropriate initiatives across the organization, and serve as an advocate to address the unique needs of each family who would benefit from these services. The Family Support Coordinator, International Services will report to the Assistant Director of Family Support
Hospital and Community, Programs Coordinator
The Programs Coordinator will work directly with the Assistant Director of Programs and the Programs Manager to plan, oversee, and coordinate Hospital Partner & Community Outreach Programs for children and families. This role will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day and ongoing success of legacy performances & practitioner programs. They will work closely with hospital partners, volunteers, and staff to provide leadership in implementation of planned programs.
