NYC teen raises thousands for Ronald McDonald House New York

Smarts4Heart, an organization created by high school senior Amelia Camilleri, employs local high schoolers looking to make a little extra money and pairs them will families in the community with younger kids in need of tutoring and babysitting services.

Amelia began Smarts4Heart to raise money for Ronald McDonald House New York on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Half of all profits from Smarts4Heart are given back to RMH-NY to continue their work offering compassionate care to families with children suffering from pediatric cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

In only nine months of business, Amelia and Smarts4Heart has raised almost $10,000 for Ronald McDonald House New York.
