Frank Pellegrino, Jr. is the co-owner of the original Rao’s in Harlem, Rao’s at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and Rao’s Hollywood. Frank also opened his own advertising agency in New York, though he continued to work nights at Rao’s. Ultimately, Frank returned to work full-time at Rao’s.

In 2000, Frank opened Baldoria in New York’s Theater District. A fourth-generation owner of Rao’s, in 2006 he moved to Las Vegas to open Rao’s at Caesar’s Palace. In 2012, Pellegrino released the cookbook, Rao’s On the Grill (St. Martin’s Press). In 2013, Pellegrino opened Rao’s Hollywood and in 2016 he co-authored Rao’s Classics with his late father, Frank Pellegrino, Sr. and Joseph Riccobene. Pellegrino is also the former Chairman of the Board for Rao’s Specialty Foods, created in 1992 by Pellegrino, Sr. Frank still serves as a brand ambassador, consultant and spokesman for Rao’s Specialty Foods.
