Nancy Cutler began her career in public service, working for the NY City Parks Department and City Parks Foundation until 2002 when she joined the administration of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. Nancy served City Hall in several capacities, first leading the Mayor’s Office for Special Projects and Community Events (MOSPCE). In this capacity, she oversaw every event Mayor Bloomberg hosted, from community breakfasts to ticker tape parades.

In 2014, she joined Bloomberg Philanthropies to oversee high profile strategic projects for the Foundation. Now, as Americas Head of the Corporate Philanthropy for Bloomberg, Nancy oversees corporate giving and volunteering programs for more than 11,000 employees in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Bloomberg has supported Ronald McDonald House since 1996. Nancy has been a volunteer at the House since 2017.
