For more than 40 years, families from across the country and around the globe have relied on Ronald McDonald House New York to keep them safe and secure as their children received treatment at a nearby hospital.

Our mission became even more urgent during the pandemic, which impacted every aspect of life at the House. Pivoting wasn’t always easy, but with some fine-tuning, the House continued to provide our families with a seamless circle of support. After a long-awaited two years, Ronald McDonald House New York is excited to welcome families back to enjoy communal spaces at the House.

Communal Spaces

Families can safely use and enjoy the Playroom, living room, dining room, kitchens, terraces, and the Blavatnik Family Foundation Wellness Center.

Safety

The health and well-being of our families continues to be of the utmost importance, which is why we have implemented numerous policies and procedures, including the use of an online scheduler, to limit the number of people in a communal space at any given time. We also continue to clean spaces between each use, deep clean every day, and sanitizing toys and supplies after each child leaves the playroom.
