The Marketing & Communications Manager serves as a key component of the Communications team

community knowledge and engagement. The Marketing & Communications Manager will build and
maintain the branding, communications and collateral design needs for Ronald McDonald House
New York including special projects and events. This position reports to the Director of Volunteers &
Programs Associate, Children’s & Enrichment Programs
The Children’s & Enrichment Programs Associate is serves as the familiar face present in the Playroom and programmatic areas of RMH-NY, ensure that the space is welcoming, active, safe, and clean for all families and guests. This position is key to day-to-day operations of ongoing and special enrichment programs and events for children and their families, with a particular focus on Early Childhood and special needs populations.
Programs Coordinator, Hospital & Community Programs
Oversee, plan, and coordinate Hospital Partner & Community Outreach Programs for children and families throughout New York City. Ensure day-to-day and ongoing success of legacy performance & practitioner programs including Musical Magic and Breathe In Breathe Out, coordinating with vendors, hospital partner leaders, and personnel, Plan and execute special programs and events for Hospital Partner and House families including Quarterly Events, holidays, and specialized celebrations by unit or population. Grow our Enrichment footprint at hospital partners and the community, enhancing and expanding our programs and offerings for children and families in frequency and in modality, including in-person and Bedside Programs.
Programs Associate, Hospital & Community Programs
The Hospital & Community Programs Associate is responsible for coordinating and maintaining day to day Hospital Partner Programs including Hospitality throughout the five boroughs, assisting in special events and vendor-based programs, and will serve as direct contact with Social Workers and personnel at partner hospitals, RMH-NY Programs staff, and families. This position serves as a key connector and representative of RMH-NY to our partnering organizations and populations.
