IT Specialist

This role will work heavily with the Ronald McDonald House Technology Services team to
administer, manage and support the organization’s IT applications, infrastructure systems, and network support services. The ideal candidate will work hand-in-hand and report directly to the Technology Manager. The day-to-day of the IT Specialist will include administering our core applications, supporting our end-users and families, collaborating with our administrative, hospitality, and operational teams, and working occasionally on various innovative initiatives and special projects. Occasionally, the IT Specialist will be creating and updating internal documentation, developing reports of services, and training our end-users.

Director of Principal Gifts

The Director of Principal Gifts will report to the Chief Development Officer and assist with the execution of RMH-NY’s Development Plan to accelerate and diversify revenue growth in the coming years in the context of a multi-year comprehensive campaign. Director of Budget and Grant Management

We are looking for a Director of Budget and Grant Management to report to the CFO and oversee our business's budgeting procedures, strengthen relationships with financial stakeholders, and lead the Organizations’ grant management financial processes. In this role, you will be required to create, analyze, and monitor Operating, Capital, and Grant budgets for each Department as appropriate. They should closely align with the strategic growth plan and the cash flow needs of the Organization.  This person will liaise with the CEO, Dept Heads, Controller, a variety of stakeholders in the process and will produce, monitor, manage reports on projections, cash flows, and variance analyses.

Social Worker

Ronald McDonald House New York is seeking a Social Worker to provide supportive services to families as aligned with our organizational mission. The Social Worker works collaboratively with hospital partners, families, referral organizations, and supports administrative needs for the department at large. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Family Support.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

As a member of the Marketing & Communications team, this Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing-related tasks in support of Ronald McDonald House New York’s (RHM-NY) fundraising, programs, and events. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will spearhead social media strategy that advance. RMH-NY’s brand, visibility, fundraising, and programmatic goals. This individual will be a proven team player and interested in building experience across a broad array of communications and marketing functions, including social media, public relations, digital marketing, and fundraising event management.

Hospital and Community, Programs Associate

The Hospital & Community Programs Associate is responsible for coordinating and maintaining day to day Hospital Partner Programs including Hospitality by traveling throughout the five boroughs, assisting in special events and vendor-based programs, and will serve as direct contact with Social Workers and personnel at partner hospitals, RMH-NY Programs staff, and families. This position serves as a key connector and representative of RMH-NY to our partnering organizations and populations.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Generalist plays a key role in the overall operations and administrative functions of the HR team and organization. This role performs a wide range of Human Resources services and participates in various HR initiatives and programming to reflect HR best practices in benefits and compensation, compliance, administration, onboarding, offboarding, policy interpretation and guidance, and employee relations.

Patient Navigator through AmeriCorps

The Public Health AmeriCorps program at Ronald McDonald House New York (RMH-NY) is seeking full-time or part-time Patient Navigators to build the infrastructure needed for RMH-NY to advance health equity outcomes for underserved medically complex children and their families. Patient Navigators will perform a full year of service, assisting RMH-NY in expanding access to wraparound services to address Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) for our target population by conducting and establishing: (1) a social risk assessment to identify SDoH impacting target communities; (2) a market analysis of existing community services to address SDoH; and (3) a referral network with community-based organizations in target communities.

Work with the Director of Communications and Volunteers to manage the Volunteer Program at Ronald McDonald House New York. Actively supervise, communicate, schedule, and coordinate community, individual, and corporate groups relationship management. The ongoing goals for this position are to sustain the extensive volunteer program and leverage all resources.

Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Growth team to support the organization's digital transformation initiatives. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing various departmental and enterprise projects across RMH-NY including implementing Salesforce, AWS Data Warehouse, and Electronic Health Records platforms. Your exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in ensuring successful and thoughtful execution of our digital transformation goals. This is a hands-on highly visible position totally engaged in RMH-NY’s Digital Transformation strategies. The role reports to the Chief Digital Officer and works closely with the Information Technology department.

Calling all AmeriCorps Service Members

Ronald McDonald House New York (RMH-NY) Public Health AmeriCorps is a workforce development program building infrastructure to advance health equity outcomes for underserved children and their families. Members perform a full year of service for RMH-NY’s targeted population across all five boroughs in NYC public and safety-net hospitals. 

Opportunity

  • Assist underserved communities by improving RMH-NY’s delivery of services 
  • Conduct local surveys, market research and more to determine Social Determinants of Health
  • Work with Family Support team to engage with patients and caregivers
