Ruth C. Browne, SD

Ruth Browne served as CEO of the Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health (AAIUH) for 12 years. Dr. Browne also served as Principal Investigator and Director of the Brooklyn Health Disparities Center, a NIH funded Center of Excellence housed at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She is an Associate Clinical Professor at SUNY Downstate Medical, and holds academic appointments in the Schools of Medicine, Health Related Professions and Public Health. Dr. Browne is also a recipient of two Fulbright Scholar Awards.
