Shelly Friedman represents real estate, corporate, and institutional clients in their land use applications as a partner of Tufo & Zuccotti and, since 1994, at Friedman & Gotbaum. He has served in public oversight roles regarding the MTA and NYPD. He began his career with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development with positions in Washington, DC and Boston, MA.
